Superhot VR
Gorn
all these are maxing out 2 core but using none of the other 4
I tried msconfig but it didn't work
Any other suggestions???

They likely didn't design them to utilize more cores...
This approach helps reduce expenses while maintaining the game's quality.

This is why IPC(instructions per cycle) takes the lead.
In some older titles unparking your cores can be useful.
On Bethesda games and others there are ini lines that assist.
I incorporate these settings into the SkyrimPrefs.ini for Skyrim LE.
These options help reduce stutter.
I address this issue now using a trial-and-error approach, as shown by my specifications.
