Did you reinstall the operating system following the CPU and motherboard upgrade? Consider reverting your overclocking?

I just reinstalled windows and completed all the updates. The computer is stable now. However, I still experience spam about low video memory in a game. Maybe buying a new graphics card would be better and avoid this issue.

It mentions low VIDEO memory, not low SYSTEM memory, your card is only 2GB. Also, please turn off turbo-core if you need stability. Games like wow are glitching because your OC is unstable. Most BIOS settings are set to [Auto], and p95 does the same repeatedly. You could run it for a week without crashing while opening notepad or other stress tools. These references are just for comparison; games and demanding programs are the true test.
