I’ve followed these steps:
- Installed newest graphics drivers
- Updated Windows to 64-bit version 11
- Performed a clean install of drivers
- Applied the latest BIOS update

So far, only Apex, CS2, and Overwatch 2 have experienced stuttering, freezing, or crashes before reaching the main menu (all fresh installs). No problems with other games like Arma, DayZ, Rust, Tarkov, etc.

The only feedback I’ve received was from an Overwatch crash report suggesting outdated drivers.
I haven’t faced this issue before, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Found the fix! Just slow down the PERFORMANCE cores a bit until they settle (around 5.4Ghz was fine, no need for more tweaks). It turned out the 5.7Ghz BASE clock with my 14900k’s cores was too quick for DirectX and overall system performance. I didn’t expect hardware to be faster than software at that point. This realization came after a chance Steam forum post I stumbled upon while working on another problem.
