bcdedit.exe /? displays information about the tool. It mentions enabling legacy mode when using an older OS (pre Vista) but doesn<|pad|> to state you can list multiple OSes. Each OS may have its own settings for maximum RAM and CPU cores (legacy support is limited to 4096).
