I have a modest network setup and required two POE jacks for cameras, plus a switch for the PC/console and a smart TV Ethernet connection. I bought one locally for $20. Before altering my existing configuration, will this fit? I understand it might be excessive, but I’m planning to add a NAS (an old PC with a PCIe drive rack for family photos and videos) and a multimedia server (arriving soon, a pre-built used unit with a basic GPU for Linux ISOs).

The remaining parts of your network are visible through your current switch. Since you treat Gigabit as the baseline for networking, adding a 10/100 switch might not be ideal. If you already have a switch, POE injectors could be an option, though it may limit flexibility if you plan to connect everything directly.
