Hi. I just got a new build with the following components:
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi - DDR5
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F | 5.0GHz | 6 cores 12 threads
RAM: 32GB Lexar Thor RGB 6000MHz (2x16GB)
Graphics card: Zotac RTX 5060Ti Twin Edge OC - 16GB
Cooler: Aftershock A410TD LCD Air cooler-black
Storage: 1TB Gen4 Lexar NQ790 M.2. NVME (R 7000MBs | W 6000MBs)
Operating system: Running Windows 11.
Earlier setup used dual Samsung monitors via non-HDMI connections. Now only one monitor is being detected. I've updated the drivers from Nvidia and rebooted, but it still doesn't recognize the second screen. Is there an issue?

Which ports are being utilized for connecting the displays? Are there any adapters in use?

I am using the HDMI port with an adapter and the Display port with another adapter. I have changed monitors and cables, but only the graphics card is receiving output from the HDMI port. During setup we only had an adapter for the display port, which worked well. After purchasing an HDMI adapter to add a second monitor, it is now the sole monitor showing. Drivers have been updated yet the second monitor remains inactive. All connections are directly from the ports on the graphics card.

The issue seems related to adapter problems. Do you have references to the specific adapters you're employing? Also, do the monitors exclusively feature VGA and DVI connections?

The screens only support VGA and DVI connections. The converters and displays function with our other machine.
