After installing a second monitor, I experience strange movement when moving items or windows between screens. Disabling GPU acceleration didn't resolve the issue. The first screen is an LG 27GL83A and the second a Samsung LF24T350FHNXZA. System details include R5 5600x, Asus TUF X570, 32 GB GSKILL 3600 CL16, ROG Strix 3070 TI, Windows 11 Pro 21H2, OS version 22000.795.

Hitching in Windows causes the display to snap to edges when you move more slowly. That’s a built-in feature. See the link for more details: https://youtu.be/oFrYd4JDSmA?t=196
