Hi, sorry about the location mix-up. My PC is currently in my office at the back of the house. I need my TV to be in front of the house or upstairs in my bedroom so I can play games on it. There seems to be too much space between those rooms—especially walls and gaps—to place a wireless mouse, keyboard, or controller. I can’t move the PC (I built a desktop setup). Any ideas on how to set this up without relocating it?

You might connect your PC to the TV using an HDMI over Ethernet cable. The distance between them affects signal quality. You could also use USB extensions; a standard USB 2.0 cable works up to about 30 meters, while 3.0 and 3.1 cables can reach roughly 18 meters.

I achieved it using HDMI and USB over CAT6, but the optimal method (for a NVIDIA GPU) is connecting a shield to the TV.
