I own the newest CPU and all components, but the BIOS didn’t have a relevant setting for TPM 2.0. After updating, it functioned properly. I discovered the issue was in the BIOS itself. My motherboard was outdated, so after an update it resolved the problem. There’s an option to turn on TPM 2.0, which helped too. Please verify your BIOS version and check the latest updates for your motherboard maker’s site. Each manufacturer has different instructions, but you should find guidance there. This worked for me—let me know if it did or not. My setup includes a Galax A320m motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G CPU and Vega 11 graphics.
