I have a Ryzen 5 5500 and I'm seeing fps drops. I'm planning to do pbo+oc, do you have any suggestions for settings?

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
Power supply: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original, build, refurbished, used).
Storage devices: type, manufacturer, size, current usage.
Frame rate changes: how much is dropping? Identify the factors affecting performance.
Monitor system behavior using Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) to understand what the system is doing when FPS decreases.
Use all three tools sequentially but only one at a time to analyze performance issues.

Psu soğutucu master 700 lite 80plus beyaz
BI saw that it mostly happens when the processor usage drops suddenly or the graphics card drops. I did OC to the RAM and it decreased a little. I also did a little to the processor and it works but it is not very stable.

700 watt PSU?
Perform some further testing and observation.
For instance, what adjustments occur when processor usage drops abruptly or the graphics card shuts down?
Gameplay? Which games or applications are affected? Source?

Check your hard drive for issues, turn off visual effects, and adjust animation settings in Windows

I would enhance the PSU's sound to resemble a Coolermaster Light 700W, which is like a house fire.
Its regulated group output is 648W, and it can even reach that level.
