Hi there. It seems your Windows 10 experience is a bit puzzling. The corded mouse, backup Bluetooth mouse, and trackpad aren’t responding in the settings app. I was really frustrated trying to adjust a setting when the online guide didn’t show the button until you used the scroll bar on the right side. After searching quickly, I didn’t find any solutions that helped. Changing the 'scroll inactive windows' option also didn’t resolve the issue. Could you share more details? I’m here to help. Thanks!

Ensure no mouse or keyboard programs are running, then remove the installation files and turn off the computer. That should resolve the issue.
