I will attempt to address this problem carefully. The main concern is that my PC won’t boot Windows and it displays the error code 0xc00000e. This isn’t a guide on fixing the actual cause, but rather a description of what happened. Unless you were responsible for triggering this situation, I’ll suggest alternative steps.

The reason behind this issue relates to installing Windows on a new SSD. I moved it into my primary PC instead of keeping all hardware together, hoping to save space. During the installation process, after the initial setup and first shutdown, the system would restart again from the USB "install Windows" window.

After a few restarts, I removed the SSD and booted the PC normally. The error appeared immediately. I tried several troubleshooting steps, including watching videos and reading articles, but none resolved it.

A key observation was that when I shut down the PC and removed the SSD, the system would boot from the USB drive instead of the main one. This suggested there might be a recovery partition issue. I checked my drive partitions and noticed only one recovery partition existed, which seemed unusual.

I deleted this recovery partition using the Windows install media, hoping to free up space. However, the remaining partition was still large, and I wasn’t sure if deleting it would help.

In summary, I suspect the problem stemmed from selecting an incorrect or insufficient recovery drive. After removing the problematic partition, Windows started normally, but the system failed to load properly due to incomplete installation. This might explain why the error persisted after a reboot.
