There should be an option to access an onscreen keyboard... However, I’m not entirely certain.

Yeah but i need a comand prompt and i don't think you can get one when installing windows.

I set up Windows 8.1 some time ago without a keyboard. For the sections requiring one, like product keys, there’s a small keyboard icon shown. Just tap it and an on-screen keyboard appears.

Typically, most motherboards display 'no keyboard detected' and then proceed smoothly to the next step.
