I assisted a friend in setting up his PC and encountered the same issue when trying to install Windows 7. The system would prompt to remove the installation disc before restarting, yet the message reappeared after turning it back on. This happened even though I didn’t experience it during my own build or help with others. If anyone has advice on resolving this, please share. No specific steps were provided.

Return to the HDD boot or let Windows start again; if it doesn’t, nothing happens afterward. Graphics drivers aren’t installed—press F8 to enter Safe Mode and install Windows 7 on another machine, then test it. If that fails, reinstall everything from scratch and try installing on a different computer. I can assist with any OS installation issues you face.
