You're facing a common issue when installing Windows 11 on a new PC. The error message indicates your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements, even though it appears to boot correctly. Since you're new, try checking your system's specifications again and ensure all components are compatible. Consider updating your BIOS or firmware, and verify that your USB drive is properly recognized. If the problem persists, consult the official Windows 11 installation guide or contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

Check the update here; you might consider using RUFUS. Just install the improved Windows 10 version. https://www.stephenwagner.com/2021/10/09...indows-11/

My first thought is that secure boot isn't activated properly. That's usually the issue causing problems. I wouldn't try to work around it, since Microsoft frequently updates and the chances of encountering issues later are significant. Adjust your settings and install Windows 11 properly the first time.

I installed Windows 10 without any problems. I’ll keep checking if upgrades are needed later.
