It’s feasible to set up Windows 10 on a laptop, replace the old SSD with a new one after installation, and then perform a clean install of Windows 10 onto the updated drive. The system can still recognize the original HDD model during activation, but you’ll need to ensure the new SSD is properly recognized for optimal performance.
