Are you considering a 4.0 riser that might need improvement? If correct, it seems to be the NZXT H2 model. You could reach out to their support team via email to inquire about a replacement. It appears to be a 4.0 and seems to have some issues. Requesting a return or replacement would be the next step.
Very close, I own a Meshalicous 4.0 and I’m expecting the same process. I’ve checked to see if it randomly crashes for about 30 minutes, so now I’m planning a stress test. If that succeeds, I’ll try reapplying the overclocks, reset everything, and run at 4.0 speeds again while repeating the steps.
Verify your invoice carefully to confirm the 4.0 riser was included. They might have mistakenly sent the wrong kit, which typically comes with a 3.0 by default. The process would remain similar, and because they address the same issues you’re facing, a replacement is likely possible if their customer service is competent.
I solved it, but 4.0 isn't working at all. It won't even reach Windows. I think the issue is with the riser, since everything was stable at 3.0 speeds. I'm going to look into getting a new riser and moving forward from there. Thanks again for your help!
