Theoretically, there are solutions available. However, a quick search suggests it could be costly (£/$100/50 per connection). It shouldn't require much time or expense to install Cat5 or similar cables.

Moca adapters come with a price tag, reaching up to 400-800 Mbps based on the models you choose. Still, it's possible to achieve this.
