It doesn't matter. Simply download it for free and save it to a USB drive; the CD is unnecessary. https://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-...indows-10/

I'm still young, not sure how old the members are here. Do you only have a lot of money or do you have parents who still want to use CDs as albums?

It's clear as @quakeguy81 pointed out, what counts is having the Windows key. Unless your machine lacks USB support, which would raise compatibility concerns, you can easily get the operating system for free online. You can download it and install it on a USB drive, which works just as well as installing it on a DVD—though DVDs aren’t ideal for modern OS files. Using a USB drive is probably simpler, especially if you have one available.

Wait, are you attempting to burn over 15 CDs for just one Windows 10 setup? That sounds a bit unusual.

I’m not even certain if you can divide the installation media that much...

No, it seems unlikely to be that way.

Connect your storage to the new machine, set up Windows in legacy settings, then swap the drive onto the older system. This method works best for my older, less reliable computers I’ve tried before. Running fresh Windows on outdated AMD models is quite challenging, so linking the drive to the existing OS is my preferred approach.
