Your device includes built-in graphics capabilities. The PC was connected during the M.2 installation process. I attempted to reset the CMOS settings.

I attempted to reset the CMOS. It was connected but I disabled the power button on the back of the supply unit. The integrated display still doesn't activate.

Could have caused a brief shock. I did it last week while setting up a top back exhaust fan!

It isn't posting yet, but the loop of turning on and off has changed. The GPU fans are now spinning and the debug light on the motherboard switches from CPU to DRAM to CPU, then turns off.

Is the GPU powered directly through the motherboard? Should the system remain stable?

I'm ending this discussion for anyone seeking a fix. Remove all parts from your motherboard except the CPU, CPU fan, and one stick of RAM. Try to boot up if possible; add components gradually until it fails further. It might be due to your M.2 using the same PCIe lanes as your PCI Express slot, or something similar. Check your motherboard manual! It worked for me—maybe my BIOS reacted negatively to the changes. My Windows is corrupted, and I lost all my files, but at least I won’t need to purchase a new GPU or motherboard. Wishing you good luck if you read this! Also, resetting the CMOS likely helped a lot.
