Hello, after upgrading your PC with a new CPU and motherboard, it’s not necessary to reinstall Windows unless you’re replacing the operating system. Since your system is running smoothly, you likely don’t need to reinstall it at this time.

I think that's not necessarily the case. You could have many extra drivers left from your old motherboard. If everything works fine, it doesn’t bother me much, though I’d keep them in mind if problems arise.
