I've set up Windows on many laptops and desktops for my work. Recently, some new devices arrived that require an upgrade, but I'm facing an unusual issue; I can't install Windows 8.1 PRO cleanly. I know I can add features to Windows in the system settings to upgrade, but my company insists on installing Pro. They want me to use a clean install even though I've tried various Windows 8.1 Pro discs, external drives, and a bootable USB with the Pro ISO. Each time it installs Windows 8.1 along with the activation key that came with the laptop. My laptop is an ACER E5-511-P0GC pre-installed with Windows 8.1. I'm hoping for a solution so I can enable BitLocker. Thank you!
