You'll require a storage medium. If you don't have a flash drive, you can use a hard disk or solid-state drive. You'll also need another computer to copy the Win11 ISO using tools such as Rufus and a case to place the drive inside.

He inquired about other possibilities. I mentioned the method I’ve used before, though it’s likely unavailable for others too. With a second desktop and extra storage, you can transfer Windows to a drive, install it, and start from there. I’ve tried this and observed quicker setup times compared to standard methods. Modern flash drives may soon improve on this.

It's understandable you felt that way. After using this approach enough, I realize that for basic issues like missing a $7 flash drive, the other options might not fit their needs. They invested time to obtain those parts, so a flash drive would make the most sense. The simplest and quickest fix is just to purchase one.

I've been using it for a long time now. He mentioned needing alternatives, so I provided one. What about a second desktop with an additional drive? It functions well.

I store a USB SSD specifically for this purpose. Every system comes with an ISO containing the base drivers, along with an unattended file that launches via Ventoy. I've been using this setup for years and it works well.
