You should get the OEM version if you're installing Windows on a bare computer. The retail version is for systems that already have an operating system installed.

Consider downloading the ISO file first. Then you can burn it onto a disk or use a larger flash drive to create a bootable device. Simply insert the drive into the new computer's motherboard and start it from there. It's that simple.
