I attempted to set up Windows on my computer, but the NVMe SSD isn’t appearing in the boot options while it shows up in the hard drive list. I adjusted several settings, converting from legacy formats to UE4, and changed other operating systems to Windows 8/10 and Windows 8/10 QWLA, yet nothing is working.

Get the NVME driver from your mainboard site and install it during setup.

Confirm the configuration isn't configured as RAID. AHCI works properly with a single drive.

She doesn't have any components labeled for RAID support.

Verify the download and unzip it into your USB installer. Start the installer and if no NVME drive appears, select Load. Install the driver file and it should recognize it unless your BIOS is misconfigured. In that scenario, reinstall BIOS settings.

The system doesn’t have an on/off toggle for RAID, though it lists EZ RAID and indicates RAID must be enabled. It seems to require RAID to be active, which is relevant for SATA SSDs or HDDs since NVMe devices lack a SATA port. The boot options show NVMe present in BBS but not listed there, while the first image appears inside BBS and the second outside.
