I recently assembled a new computer and everything came together, but it didn’t start. I thought I made a mistake when installing the CPU and removed it, finding nine bent pins. After fixing them and reinstalling, it booted partially—yellow RAM light flashing, no display. I tried reseating the RAM stick and using just one, but nothing worked. Eventually, I replaced the CPU with another, which finally started completely. It had a solid red CPU light blinking every three seconds. My last resort was replacing the motherboard, but if anyone has advice, please share the specs: Ryzen 7 5800X, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, 2x16 3200 RAM, 2TB 3600MB/s NVMe.
