I didn't ask that question. A good MOCA Ethernet to Coax adapter connects your network cables to the wall outlet, allowing power and internet access for your devices.

I believe I own two of that model. My MoCA configuration is pretty basic—it only has one 1:4 splitter and no external coax connection. That makes it hard to figure out how coax amplifiers influence MoCA performance, how signal strength behaves, or the difference between outside internet coax and MoCA signals. What matters most is knowing whether both the amplifier and the splitter support the MoCA frequencies (check the MoCA guide below). The diagram you described doesn’t show the signal path clearly. It seems to miss two key points: First, it doesn’t indicate where the external internet coax signal arrives—whether it comes from the amplifier or somewhere in between the amplifier and the 1:4 splitter. If there are more than two splitters involved, it could cause MoCA or internet problems. Second, other users suggest using a MoCA filter to keep the signal inside the home. I think it doesn't work that way, but a second 2-way splitter might help. I’m sure it’s a direct connection to the amplifier, though I can check the outside with a screwdriver and see if there are hidden components. I was planning to purchase one, but I suspect I already have or could have two. There looks like there’s one on the main line before it enters the house, and it seems there might be another one visible in the amplifier photo.
