You're starting out in PC gaming and need a budget-friendly build using a Dell OptiPlex 330. It's definitely doable, but you'll want to balance performance and cost carefully. Research affordable components like a decent CPU, SSD, and graphics card that fit your budget. Since you're building from an existing machine, focus on upgrading key parts rather than buying everything new. Follow guides tailored for budget builds and consider refurbished or used parts to save money.

You could always purchase that and then upgrade with an affordable GPU that doesn’t need external power, like the GT 1030, GTX 1050ti, or even the 1650. However, it might be tough to find them at a reasonable cost.

You're asking about what games you'd like to play.
