For the sake of trying, I want to transform xfce to resemble Windows 10. I discovered themes, especially the BoomRang one, but they display a zip file without an executable. What’s the process to install it?

I collected the files into a root directory for those folders, and after rebooting, everything was fine.

I captured the main idea at that location, though Debian restricts me to modifying the color palette. I've explored various options, restarted the system, but nothing changed. What should I try next?
