Not quite that easy. Just put all the pieces together using only a single m.2 drive. Follow these steps to install Windows 11.

Fair enough. But I want to make sure I'm getting the right media file or the ISO. Sorry to come by and be a little clueless, though I'd much rather be saved than sorry.

Get the MediaCreation software. Open it while logged in as your admin user. The program will get all the stuff you need just by running itself.

You can install Windows 10 very simply without an internet connection. It lets you finish with just limited setup steps. You create your own local account and wait for it to start. I do exactly this all the time. However, Windows 11 needs a special account by default, so it usually requires active internet access. You can get around that problem. When it asks for an internet connection, press Shift + f10. Then type in 'oobe\bypassnro' and hit Enter to restart your computer. After the reboot, you'll see the same simple setup options as before: make a local account and skip any internet checks. I do this all the time on machines that aren't mine for me. It's never been my own computer. Even if I remove an account, there is still a security risk involved here. Microsoft talks about their security way too much; they can't seem to understand how easy it can be to create such a vulnerability.
