Hi, your Dell OptiPlex 790 came with a Windows Pro COA, but you have a Home Premium license. You can still use the prebuilt Dell code on the Microsoft site if you install Windows Pro through another method, as long as you follow the installation instructions. Otherwise, upgrading to Home Premium will be necessary.

When you locate a pristine ISO for Windows 7 Professional, you can easily install and activate using the Dell Certificate of Authenticity without any issues.
