Hello everyone, I'm not very technical, just someone who has built a few PCs and played a bit with programming. I recently got a new laptop, the Razer Blade 15, and I plan to use it for both work and gaming. I want to split the hard drive into two parts: one with around 150GB for work (I don’t need much space since most things are online or small), and another with the rest for gaming. When I turn on my laptop, I’d like to see a choice between the work and gaming partitions. Is this doable? Do you have any advice or resources that can help me set this up? Thank you very much!

Do you use another operating system for professional or gaming purposes? If not, would it be better to create distinct user accounts and switch between them based on your activity?

While setting up the installation, you have the option to decide the location. Rather than requiring an entire disk, you can select just a portion of its capacity.
