I set up a few games on a dedicated HDD separate from my operating system. Can I now run these games on another system? Will the experience change? Yes, performance might be impacted since there were system-specific optimizations during installation, and those could be lost when switching systems. Thanks!

It seems you're looking for a way to access your Steam library without using shortcuts or the start menu. You could set up your HDD as a Steam library if available, allowing quick launches. Alternatively, you'd need to find and run the .exe files manually.

I successfully started the games on the alternative system and everything functions properly. To clarify, will there be no impact on performance? Thank you very much for your reply!

I've never encountered per-device game optimization before, so it's probably not something you're used to. Your performance might vary depending on the specifications of each system, but the HDD storing games shouldn't be the main cause of slower speeds.
