Previously, I had to open incoming connections for the Java executable that starts the Minecraft server JAR. With my router, leaving the incoming port empty or unspecified seems fine.

I verified the situation and your firewall permits incoming Java connections. The internal port listed in your settings is marked as optional, so I deleted it and it still didn’t resolve the issue.
