Hello, I had an issue with my Linux installation. There were three different OSes showing up in GRUB: Windows 8, Windows recovery, and ElementaryOS. All of them were set up in UEFI mode. When trying to boot to Elementary OS, I ended up in the GRUB rescue screen. If I open the BIOS, I can still choose the Windows boot manager and select Windows 8. How do I reinstall GRUB? I have a Ubuntu live USB, but I’m stuck and feeling confused.

Have you explored applying EasyBCD in Windows for adjusting the bootloader?

I prefer using Grub instead of the Windows bootloader.
