When setting up OSes on different partitions of the same drive, ensure UEFI is turned off and install Windows 10 and 7 in legacy mode if needed. Avoid this setup to prevent conflicts where the Windows 10 boot manager replaces Windows 7's installation. This issue typically doesn't occur in non-UEFI configurations.
