I set up a dual boot with Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 7 using EACy BCD. When switching to Ubuntu it runs smoothly, but changing to Windows 7 causes issues—first a pink screen with white lines, then a menu to pick between the OSes. After selecting Windows 7, it takes 3-4 minutes to load, requiring multiple restarts for proper booting. I need advice on how to ensure both operating systems start correctly together.

Are you sure both are set up for UEFI? It won't function correctly on older systems.
