Because it's an OEM board, you might need to remove the CMOS temporarily so the BIOS doesn't assume the new CPU. If the motherboard is compatible with that CPU, OEMs sometimes restrict the BIOS settings for specific chips. I don’t have a manual available.

Check the icon labeled "cmos" in the image. Press and maintain the button for ten seconds. Once released, attempt to upload the motherboard.
