Set maximum fan speed during startup and after reboot.
I recently installed a new build. The BIOS is up to date and boots normally, fans spin quickly right away—no changes in BIOS seem to affect performance. Once Windows loads with a third-party fan controller (Fan Control V173), they operate as expected. I’m struggling to prevent them from reaching maximum speed on restart or boot. All fans are connected via motherboard PWM headers, totaling three units. Any advice or guidance would be invaluable. My setup includes an AMD 7800X3D Aorus X670 Elite AX 7900XT with three Lian Li Uni fans (non-RGB) on the bottom, three on the right, and one in the rear for exhaust.
