After reinstalling Windows, the issue began. When attempting to open a link via a program or a Google search, the service host consumes significant CPU and takes several minutes for the link to load. Using a direct copy-paste into the browser resolves the problem instantly. I've tried various workarounds: opening Microsoft Edge, accessing Advanced options, clicking Repair, and resetting settings. To resolve it, I disconnected from the internet, restarted, and created a new local account before reconnecting. This approach worked for me. Most online solutions haven't helped so far.
