My cousin has been using his Samsung J7 2016 for over two years. Recently, the "Google Play Services" on his phone has stopped working repeatedly. I've attempted restarts, cleared caches, forced shutdowns, but nothing resolved the issue. My friend suggested updating the software, but the Play Store won't open on his device. I tried manually installing the latest app from Google, but it didn't work. I suspect the Play Services version is outdated, which might be causing the problem. Do you have any suggestions?
