I plan to install my Wi-Fi card drivers straight from Intel, since I didn’t use those drivers when I assembled this system and only depended on regular Windows updates.
I experienced identical problems and followed the same process as you. The solution came when I accessed Advanced Options and reviewed optional updates. Installing the first one resolved the issue completely.
