The existing anti-cheat systems for Battlefield series are quite weak technically. It's straightforward to circumvent them from a programming standpoint. Are there any specialized Battlefield servers that employ alternative anti-cheat solutions? For instance, while CS GO uses VAC as its standard anti-cheat, other platforms like ESEA, FaceIt, EAC, and sXe Injected offer different protections and generally perform better.

To my knowledge, all Battlefield servers rely on the same anti-cheat system. If you wish to enjoy FPS games without cheaters, consider playing titles that support custom anti-cheat options or simply stop playing them. I face this issue every day with PUBG because BattleEye appears to be extremely strict in blocking cheaters.

Full disclosure:
I’m not trying to be rude—you’ve found the main problem in online multiplayer games. I haven’t played a game with minimal cheating, as it’s an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Blizzard’s titles, such as Overwatch and WoW, plus Source servers that add extra anti-cheat measures on top of VAC, are the best we have for reliable protection.

Which specific battlefield are you referring to? For those using Origin, it's likely not applicable.

I must admit, your message wasn't fully understood. What I was seeking was information about BF servers with custom anti-cheat features.
Regarding VAC, it's not ideal. BattlEye performs better than VAC, though it still falls short. The most effective anti-cheat available is ESEA, but I'm unsure if any BF servers support it. When I played CS GO on ESEA, I rarely encountered cheaters. Players who have been active for years report seeing only a few or none during their sessions (since 2016).

I completely understood your question, though perhaps I misinterpreted it. You're asking about whether there are Battlefield servers employing unique anti-cheat systems. If so, I responded accurately, noting that according to my knowledge, they all rely on the same anti-cheat method. It's possible EA could support DICE with third-party solutions, but until then, you're limited to whatever they choose as the "best" option. For a more detailed discussion, refer to the Reddit thread about anti-cheat in Battlefield 4. (Yes, it's outdated, but the concepts remain relevant if cheating persists.) I also concur that relying solely on VAC is insufficient, which is why adding extra anti-cheat layers for Source titles is a practical approach to reducing cheating in online games.

In the past, when competitive gaming was more prominent with the Battlefield series, similar anti-cheat measures existed as in competitive CS. These were implemented by executing extra scripts on the server side, which became ineffective once EA/DICE ended dedicated server support or even started renting servers. In BF3, there were still lists of cheaters being collected and automated systems to ban players if their ID was recognized on the server. I recall our BF3 community server running that script, although ours didn't encounter any issues.
