Hello, I'm facing a serious issue with installing Ubuntu Server 22.04.3 LTS on my Lenovo ThinkCentre M72e Tiny. After many attempts, I've reached a point where the system boots normally but then fails to load the OS, showing an error saying "No Operating System Found." I've removed the installation media, changed the BIOS settings multiple times, tried various SATA configurations, used different USB installers, and even experimented with another USB drive. I also attempted using ISO files from Ubuntu directly, but nothing works. This has completely halted my home lab setup. I'm really hoping someone can help me flash the OS via USB without any internal bootable OS, as I don't want to risk damaging the system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I set up Ubuntu on a Lenovo Think Centre M700 without any problems. I obtained the official ISO from the Ubuntu site and used Balena etcher to create a bootable USB drive—no BIOS changes were needed. If you need to reset the BIOS to defaults, giving Belena a shot might help, as it generally works well for me.
