Hello, I understand you're setting up a modded server on your spare PC. It seems like the machine is struggling with performance due to high latency and repeated errors. The specs look decent but the slow download/upload speeds and block lag might be limiting things. The system time change could also be affecting stability. You might want to check network settings, ensure the server software is updated, and consider optimizing your configuration for better performance.

Looks like most people are running 1.8 and experiencing this slowdown... It even happened to me once when I was on a server in the same network as localhost.

Someone can explain these details as reasons for the performance. The mention of "Pentium 4" and "Upload speed 10mbs" suggests hardware capabilities. "2.5gb of ram" indicates sufficient memory for smooth operation. "20 mods" points to additional optimizations or upgrades. These factors together help avoid lag on your own server.

It's unclear how heavily modified the server is, since the amount of RAM and CPU depends on the specific mods installed.

This processor lacks sufficient power for even basic server tasks. When using Windows, consider switching to a more lightweight OS like Lubuntu.

Try running without a graphical interface to save memory.

I suggest CentOS if you're experienced and want a lightweight Linux system.

utilized energy effects to reinforce large reactors within thick ore deposits. This approach aimed to unlock additional resources in dense mineral zones, enhancing the overall extraction process. The strategy involved integrating extra utility systems and mapping liquid XP mechanics for optimal project progression. Key elements included thermal expansion adjustments and core modifications to streamline operations.
