Hello fellow tech enthusiasts, my server is experiencing strange startup problems. It fails to power on immediately and then restarts repeatedly without stopping, with erratic timing. Occasionally it posts briefly before functioning normally for hours. I haven’t managed to retrieve any useful logs after it finally boots, but as a casual Unraid user, I’m open to suggestions. It seems the power button can initiate boot but not interrupt it; shutting down the PSU is necessary to break the loops. No hardware modifications have been made since it worked consistently, though it’s been used in a travel rig with over 3,000 miles of driving (not while powered) and two known power outages. My hope is that the PSU will eventually fail, even if only occasionally. I’m seeking a second opinion before investing in new parts. The Debug LED indicates the CPU light, but its behavior suggests it might not be a false alarm. I’ve tried several fixes: re-seating RAM, GPU, CPU, and power connectors. Here’s a video showing the typical post-boot process: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-bgFlui...sp=sharing

full details available? Also include PSU specs and for the PSU specifically, send a photo of the wattage chart. The PSU is usually the last component to raise concerns here, but the first thing to check is the motherboard and RAM. Since RAM is usually the cheapest and easiest to swap, buying a spare stick or two can help determine if the issue is with RAM. If it isn’t a RAM problem, your board is definitely in trouble.

I don’t have any backup DDR4 units ready for testing, yet I attempted each one separately without any noticeable differences. It’s unclear if all four might be faulty together.
