Do you know how to configure a DICOM server? You're using Windows 10 Pro and need one to link your ultrasound system with an ultrasound image server on your Samsung device. Any guidance would be helpful, especially since you're in Canada.

I tried but wasn't sure how to make it function, so I considered hiring someone to handle the setup.

I haven't worked with a Dicom server before, so I'm not sure how much help I can provide. You might want to share what you've tried so far. It seems the installer sets up a Windows service that needs to be started. Once running, it should open a network port, allowing connections from other devices using your computer's IP address. Their documentation references a REST API and an HTTP server, which should enable port 80 to be accessible.
