Hi alle, ik werk momenteel aan de configuratie van virtual machines voor een uitdaging. Na het installeren van Exchange 2013 zijn de gebruikers al toegevoegd via webtoepassing en werken het goed. Maar ik wil dat ze de Outlook-App op Windows 10 gebruiken, niet de webapp. Wanneer ze de optie kiezen om een Exchange-account te configureren, kan het account of 'account settings' niet worden gevonden en ze moeten de domein informatie aanvullen. Check if the Exchange servers and clients are connected to an AD domain. Confirm whether DNS records for email and autodiscover have been added.
Exchange requires an autodiscover record so clients can locate the correct mail server automatically. These entries can be added via the DNS tool, usually on your domain controller.
