You have an MP4 file with two audio streams and need both as individual audio files. I attempted this using VLC, but only the first track was exported. Let me know if you'd like alternative methods!

You can convert the mp4 to an mp3 using Audacity, then select the first audio clip and export it via File > Export Selection. Repeat for the second track by choosing it again and exporting. This method mirrors the process shown in the link you shared.

Success! I managed to install the "LAME" and FFmpeg libraries for Audacity, allowing it to import the video. Thanks a lot!
