Your current sensitivity in games like Apex and Fortnite is 6 inches per 360, but professional players often use values closer to 10-14 inches per 360. If you lower it to around 10 or 12 inches, could your aim improve over time? You already feel accurate with the current settings, and the camera speed is good. Since you recently changed from 2 inches per 360 a few days ago, reducing sensitivity further might help you see better results.

Lower sensitivity also requires more mouse movement to respond quickly to unexpected events. I think I'll maintain a high setting as long as accuracy remains.

Adjust your sensitivity gradually in smaller steps until you discover a level that feels comfortable. You'll know when you've reached the right point. Lower sensitivity often improves precision, though it may limit the rapid maneuvers you were used to. Discover the right balance.

You need to discover the right balance where you feel at ease, a balance that fits your playing style. For instance, I tend to be a "wrist player" and usually have higher sens than my friends or professionals, who typically used to rely on a lower sens and moved the arm with the mousepad. As Onehandstand suggests, start lowering it and increase until you feel comfortable.
